About Me

My name is Steven Bloodsworth and I am currently enrolled in EDT 520 which is a class that is teaching and encouraging us to implement and explore technology in the classroom. I work as an alternative education teacher in Brewer. I am constantly trying to improve my teaching craft and technology is a natural and logical tool to help this happen. I'm looking forward to what the technological future holds and how I can use it in the classroom.

MLTI is moving to PC. Not sure how I feel about this. Apple has a superior product to Hewlett Packard. We'll see how it goes. I will probably get one next year. Here is a link to the specs.

While it is a nice looking machine, I just don't think that is going to stand up to hard use. PCs rarely do. I'm using a 2006 Macbook Pro and the think is indestructible!

However, my every MLTI machine has had the Keyboard edge break where the top of the machine meets the bottom. No matter how hard I try I always ended up having it break. Like this:
